Our People

Our people have significant experience working on both local and central government public works projects involving property acquisition under the Public Works Act 1981. The extensive depth of specialist knowledge and experience gained is well suited to helping affected landowners achieve the best outcomes possible.

Daniel has been involved in the property industry for over 20 years with a broad range of experience across local and central government, private business and iwi interests.

He has gained invaluable experience leading technical experts to resolve numerous commercial property disputes and also participated in many project teams providing strategic and tactical property advice to support the delivery of infrastructure property projects and programmes across New Zealand.

During his time in both local and central government Daniel has developed specialist experience in Public Works Act property acquisitions, including residential, commercial, industrial and rural interests.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree majoring in Valuation and Property Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management.

Ross has over 30 years’ experience in most aspects of the property sector including valuation, asset management, funds management, property development and general consultancy.

He has held senior property positions at Vodafone NZ, Property for Industry and Panuku Development Auckland.

Ross has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Valuation and Property Management, he is an Associate of the New Zealand Institute Of Valuers (ANZIV) and holds memberships in the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ), the Royal Institution  of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the New Zealand Institute of Directors ( MNZIOD).

Ian has over 35 years’ experience in the commercial and residential property sector including development and project advisory services. He has also held positions in local government.

He has extensive knowledge and expertise to support landowners and occupants impacted by major public works projects, including a focus on valuation, negotiation and land compensation.

Ian holds a licence under REAA 2008, is a Registered Member and Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand. He was also the Property Institute National President (2009-2011) and remains on the Property Standards Board.
